Roy Mouledous
Broadmoor LLC of New Orleans has promoted Roy Mouledous to
the new position of vice president, internal development.
In the position, Mouledous will oversee the development and
implementation of the project management processes and career
development paths for the company's younger employees, while
continuing to manage select major projects.
"Roy has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and build
collaborative project teams," said John Stewart, president.
"We hope to leverage his accomplishments in these key
areas into improving our overall operations."
Mouledous has been with Broadmoor more than seven years,
serving as senior project superintendent on the $70 million
Jazzland Themepark project and as a project executive on the
Belle Chase Naval Facility housing job. Most recently he was
the project executive on Broadmoor's repairs and renovations
to the Naval Air Station's primary training facility in Pensacola,
Fla.

Hargrave, Tom Holden
The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Baton Rouge Chapter
recently announced its 2005 board of directors.
Members elected as officers are Whitney LeJeune, Post Architects,
president; Christopher Sapp, Sapp & Sapp Architects, vice
president/president-elect; Jason Hargrave, Post Architects,
treasurer; and Tom Holden, Holden Associates, secretary.
Members serving as directors are Richard Brown of Bani, Carville
& Brown; David Cronrath of Louisiana State University;
Jack Ford of Ford Dickinson AAC; Rick Lipscomb of Washer,
Hill, Lipscomb Architecture LLC.
Delegates to AIA Louisiana are Bobby Boudreaux of Richard
Wiemer Architect, AIA-LLC; Gary Dunn of GD Architects LLC;
and Jim Howell of Louisiana State University.

Gene Dorsey
Clement Industries of Minden, a manufacturer and distributor
of end dump trailers, recently announced that Gene Dorsey
of south Alabama has joined the Clement sales organization
as regional sales manager in the southeastern U.S.
In that capacity, Dorsey will work with Clement distributors
in the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.
John Saia
HDR, an architectural and engineering consulting firm, hired
John Saia as regional director of water resources in its New
Orleans office. Saia's primary responsibilities will include
leading business development for water resources projects
in the eastern United States.
Prior to joining HDR, Saia was deputy district engineer for
project management in the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers' New
Orleans District, which has the Corps' largest civil works
program. His 36-year tenure included similar positions in
the Sacramento, Calif., and Savannah, Ga., districts.
A registered professional engineer in California, Saia is
active in the Society of Military Engineers, the American
Society of Civil Engineers and the Project Management Institute
and is a certified project management professional with PMI.
He is chairman of the advisory board for Water Resources
Planning and Management at Tulane University in New Orleans.
He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University
of Miami and a master's degree in civil engineering from California
State University in Sacramento.
Peter U. Baumann
Peter U. Baumann, a veteran of more than 20 years in construction
and mining equipment sales, has been named the Midwest regional
representative of Hendrix Manufacturing Company of Mansfield.
Founded in the early 1940s, Hendrix has thousands of dragline
buckets in service in the mining market. It also manufactures
hydraulic quick couplers, buckets and excavator implements.
"Peter will represent Hendrix's interests in the Midwest,
from the Canadian border to the Gulf Coast," said G.B.
"Sonny" Hall, president of Hendrix.
Baumann has a journalism degree and spent a short time in
broadcast media before beginning his career in sales and management
in the mining and construction equipment business.
Bauman will be based in Enid, Okla.
